Heading to the University of Mary, Bismarck State College or United Tribes Technical College this fall? Check out this scholarship to help you save money on your education.

The Russell Staiger Endowed Scholarship Fund has been established at the University of Mary. Students whose studies are affiliated with the Institute for Culture and Public Service will be the recipients of the scholarships awarded. The scholarship recipients may be students of the University of Mary, Bismarck State College, or United Tribes Technical College.
