Bismarck Man Jailed for Possession of Drugs and Weapon
27-year-old Derek Emineth of Bismarck is in jail after being pulled over by Mandan Police.
The officer asked Emineth if there was anything in the vehicle he should be aware of. The suspect replied that there wasn't, but claimed that he had just bought the vehicle "as is."
After a search, the policeman found a Dr. Pepper can containing bags of methamphetamine and a marijuana cigarette, as well as a concealed set of nunchucks.
Emineth faces charges for possession of meth with intent to deliver, meth paraphernalia, marijuana and a concealed weapon.
