All five Bismarck high school football teams and Mandan kickoff their first games this week.

It all starts Tuesday with Shiloh Christian heading to Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood on Tuesday. In the preseason coaches' poll, the Skyhawks were picked second behind New Salem-Almont-Glen Ullin, who picked up their first victory this past Friday.

Century will host West Fargo Sheyenne at the Sanford Sports Complex at 7 p.m. on Friday night (August 24th). The Patriots are the preseason favorite in the coaches' poll in the Class AAA West Region.

At the MDU Resouces Community Bowl on Friday, Legacy will take on Grand Forks Red River. Kickoff is at 6:30 p.m. The Sabres were picked fourth in the preseason poll.

Bismarck High will play at Fargo Davies on Friday night. BHS was picked second in the preseason poll.

The Mandan Braves will play at Grand Forks Central on Friday night. Mandan was picked fifth in the preseason coaches' poll.

St. Mary's visits Grafton on Friday night. The Saints are picked second in the preseason poll and are looking to three-peat this year as Class AA champions. St. Mary's has also won four out of the last five Class AA titles.
