Century High School Senior, Sierra Link, won the Bismarck Optimist Club essay contest and will move on to compete with the district. 

Link won $250 to go towards her education by writing an essay on this years' theme, "How Dreams Lead to Success." As her essay competes against others in the district Link will have the opportunity to win a college scholarship.

Sierra did a wonderful job of articulating this year's theme. She expressed herself well through the essay and deserved the honor of first place.
