Buddy the Christmas Elf Gets Arrested in Louisiana [VIDEO]

It's stories like this that makes me proud to be from Lafayette, LA. Buddy the Christmas Elf was arrested by the Lafayette Sheriff's Department.

According to arrest reports, the elf was speeding, clocked at 60 in a 40 MPH zone. He smelled the booze and was a little wobbly. Plus his elfie eyes were blood shot and his speech was slurred.

34 year old Brandon Touchet (too-chet) was taken into elf custody.
