Burleigh County Sheriff Finds Marco Polo
The Burleigh County Sheriff's Department arrested a man named Marco Polo early Wednesday morning.
According to public records, Polo was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, possessing methamphetamine, ingesting a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, and fleeing police.
He was booked at 3:15am on Wednesday officially ending one of the world's largest games of Hide-N-Seek.
Polo is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
