Carson Wentz's skills were on full display Saturday, February 27th, at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, where the NDSU product ran the second fastest 40-yard dash among quarterback prospects.

Both Wentz and TCU's Trevone Boykin ran a 4.77 second 40-yard dash, putting them behind Lousiana Tech's Jeff Driskel, who ran it in a blistering 4.56 seconds.

According to NFL.com, the 40-yard dash wasn't the only place Wentz excelled, though. He also had a 118-inch broad jump, which tied him for second among quarterbacks with Memphis' Paxton Lynch. Driskel was tops in that workout, as well.

The Bison quarterback also had the opportunity to show off his accuracy and arm strength during his throwing session, which you can see highlights from in the video above.

Wentz is projected to be a first round pick and many expect him to be the first quarterback taken in the 2016 NFL Draft.

While Wentz definitely impressed, Jared Goff was the talk of the NFL Scouting Combine. The former Cal starting quarterback is also projected to be a first round pick and, according to numerous publications, definitely helped his draft stock during Saturday's workout.
