Based on the recently released unofficial Kansas City Chiefs depth chart, things aren't looking good for former Bismarck High and University of North Dakota star Weston Dressler.

According to ArrowheadPride.com, Dressler is about the tenth wide receiver on the depth chart. Considering the Chiefs are only expected to keep six to seven receivers on the roster, the chances of Dressler making it as a receiver aren't good.

Add to that the fact that he's the third punt returner on the depth chart and one could assume that the chances of Dressler actually making the Chiefs roster at all seem pretty slim.

Of course, it is very early on in the preseason and Dressler will still have numerous opportunities to prove himself. Plus, let's not forget how much injuries could play a role in Dressler's future with the Chiefs. All it would take is a couple receivers or a punt returner to go down and Dressler would move up the depth chart.

We'll keep an eye on Dressler's situation with the Chiefs as the preseason continues.
