A new survey published today (11/10) from the largest real estate company shows it's cheaper to buy a 4 bedroom house in Mandan than any other city in the state.
Coldwell Banker’s annual report looked at the average listing price for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in more than 2,700 markets across the country. This study showed the cheapest city in North Dakota to buy a house is Mandan. The details are-
