Chili Chef Wars!

Ever wanted to compete in a cooking reality show? Well here's your chance this Friday night at the 8th Annual Super Chili Bowl with Townsquare media! We still need a few local chili queens and kings to show off their cooking this Friday night from 6pm-9pm at the Ramada in Bismarck.

I am throwing my HOT chili into the ring for your tasting judgement. Here's a peek at what I will be creating for the competition:

Cubed sirloin steak

Onions

Green Peppers

Garlic

Mushrooms

Kidney and Chili Beans

HOT chili seasoning

Whole,Peeled tomatoes

Tomato Sauce and Diced Tomatoe's
