A salon in Denver is offering relief to hair-styling-inept dads -- with a special perk.

Single dads, stay-at-home dads, and dads whose wives are out of town -- specifically, dads with daughters -- have all found themselves in the same predicament at one point or another: how do you arrange all that hair into the perfect braid that Mom's so good at?

The owner of Denver's Envogue Salon, Calli Huebl-Bodilis, came up with the answer after her husband told her that his business partner had showed up late to a meeting and the amusing reason why: his wife was away, and he was stuck with the formidable task of doing his daughters' hair.

And the idea for Envogue's new father-daughter "Beer and Braids" date nights was born.

For just $55 each, dads can sign up for the class, bringing as many daughters as he wants. The dads get instruction in the basics -- ponytails, braids and buns -- and their girls get to have fun with Daddy and have their hair done.

The class wraps up with a fashion show, and the prize for the best style is a six-pack of beer for dad; all the daughters take home a gift bag full of hair-styling goodies, like hair bands and barrettes.

Sounds like a can't-miss deal to us. For more info, visit the salon's website.
