Floyd Mayweather Jr. came out of retirement to fight MMA superstar Conor McGregor and he will go back into retirement as an undefeated champion. The all-time boxing great defeated McGregor by TKO in the 10th round in Las Vegas on Saturday night (Aug. 26).

With this victory, Mayweather will retire with a historic 50-0 record. After the fight, the 40-year-old boxer told ESPN that he’s done with boxing. "This was my last fight tonight. For sure," he said. "Tonight was my last fight. Tonight I chose the right dance partner to dance with. Conor you are a hell of a champion."

The fans and the two fighters certainly got their money's worth. Mayweather is expected to take home $200 million when it's all said and done, while McGregor was guaranteed $30 million and will likely earn more than $100 million for a fight that was impressive from both corners.
