Let us not forget, this is North Dakota! This seems like the winter that will not leave! Remember this, last year in April this area had that early spring snow storm that dumped 18 inches of snow, so YES, this is NoDak and winter could and can happen at any time.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Winter Storm Watch in effect from Sunday evening through Monday. The timing of this storm is still early and hard to predict, but the possibility is that the Bismarck-Mandan area could get up to 6 inches of snow and blizzard conditions. The watch is in effect from 6 PM Sunday through Monday evening. This system could cause blizzard conditions and hazardous travel can be expected. Stay tuned and informed as conditions could change rapidly.

Saturday, high temperatures for the region could be as warm of 70 degrees in Southern North Dakota. Enjoy it today, there is a change coming!
