‘Fight Club’ Author Reveals Details on Sequel

Ahead of his planned panel at Comic-Con, Chuck Palahniuk has revealed details on an upcoming follow-up series to his seminal novel 'Fight Club'

The upcoming 10-part series will be published by Dark Horse Comics, and will take place in times both before, and after the original book (which was famously made into a hit movie).

Talking with USA Today, Palahniuk says:

The original book was such a tirade against fathers — everything I had thought my father had not done combined with everything my peers were griping about their fathers. Now to find myself at the age that my father was when I was trashing him made me want to revisit it from the father's perspective and see if things were any better and why it repeats like that."

The first installment of the new Fight Club series is slated to be released April 2015
