First Real ‘Fuller House’ Teaser Reveals the Most Important Return of All
Sure, you might take Netflix at their word that Fuller House represents a real series produced by, starring, and intended for actual humans, but initial teasers weren’t exactly selling that well. Sure, photos helped, but does an actual teaser with real-live Tanners convince us any further on Fuller House? Who else might make a wood-chucking return? Let’s find out!
However brief, our first in-motion look at Netflix’s Full House revival plays heavily to the original series, down the the original theme (rather than Carly Rae Jepsen’s remix), as the Tanners, Fullers and the rest mill about the old homestead. What the promo itself belies, however, is crucial: MR. WOODCHUCK LIVES!
Olsen-free, so reads the official Fuller House synopsis:
In Fuller House, the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure) recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona (Soni Nicole Bringas), all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys — the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson (Michael Champion), neurotic 7-year-old Max (Elias Harger) and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr (Messitt Twins).
In the meantime, Fuller House will premiere all Netflix episodes on February 26. Celebrate Mr. Woodchuck’s return, but gaze, gaze into the horror below.
