Good News About a 73 Year Old Man Surviving His Boat Sinking in Devils Lake

It's best to be prepared at any age. This was the case for a 73-year old man who went out fishing on Devil's Lake and his boat sunk.

The Sheyenne, N.D. man spent about 12 hours wearing a life vest and clinging to a fuel tank.  When the man did not return from a fishing trip, the authorities were notified. Soon after the search and rescue was implemented, the Benson County Sheriff's Department received the news about the man floating to shore.

The man floated over night and is reportedly doing well.
