You may have heard a couple months ago, Honest Tea was in Bismarck and the community received high marks for using the honor system. We are again put to the test as the company is set up along 4th Street with nice refreshing tea, once again expecting people to honestly pay for whatever they take. You pick your favorite flavor beverage, then you place a dollar in the bucket. The honor system. There is no attendant, no server, it's all self-serve.
