NASA is constantly live streaming a feed from the International Space Station. If you want to get away from it all, just watch the live stream and enjoy.

And in case you were unaware, the International Space Station moves at eight kilometers per second. That is about 17,895 miles per hour. It circles the Earth every 90 minutes. That means if you watch the stream for 12 hours, you will circle the entire planet eight times.
