I've heard of some obscene ways to spend large amounts of money... but this one is "shake my head" crazy!

A new condo building opened up in the very affluent SoHo neighborhood in New York City. One of the features of this building is its underground parking structure for residents.

The catch... a 1 year lease for one of the parking spaces will run you a cool $1,000,000.

Even if I had the kind of money you would need to afford a Million Dollar parking space, how could I justify spending the money on a slab of concrete? I could buy most of my family decent houses or brand new cars.
