Joanna "JoJo" Levesque has made a big return to pop in 2016, after a decade of disputes with the record label she signed with as a teenager prevented her from releasing new music. As a young woman with a giant voice, JoJo scored two Top 20 hits in the '00s — and on Monday night (October 2), she won more new fans with her stunning national anthem before the New York Giants vs. Minnesota Vikings game.

JoJo delivered her rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at Minnesota's U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis before the Vikings' game against the Giants, as players including Eli Manning and Odell Beckham Jr. looked on (Beckham also took time to shake the hand of every uniformed soldier attending the game on the sidelines). While some viewers may have been too young to recall JoJo as a hitmaker 10 years ago, others remembered her well, and celebrated the "F--- Apologies" singer's pre-game victory.

Watch JoJo's performance of the national anthem below — and you can pre-order Mad Love, her forthcoming album due October 14, on iTunes now.
