Things seem to be looking up for Justin Bieber. After dealing with the fallout from his racist video scandal last week, Bieber is back in the studio, possibly back with Selena Gomez and is reportedly about to strike a plea deal in his Miami DUI case.

According to TMZ, Bieber plans to plead guilty to reckless driving and his other charges will be dismissed. While he was arrested at the beginning of this year and charged with a DUI, drag racing, and resisting arrest, he was actually neither drunk nor drag racing at the time (though he was supposedly speeding earlier in the night, and weed and Xanax were found in his system.)

TMZ also reports that Bieber will not be placed on probation, though he will have to pay a fine and attend an anger management course. The plea deal will reportedly be entered in court in two weeks.

Though it was reported back in March that Bieber's lawyer rejected an initial plea deal in the case, the attorney went on record to say that no deal had been offered at the time. TMZ claims that the reason this deal has taken so long is because the judge initially wanted Bieber to produce an anti-drug public service announcement, but his team found that "inappropriate." The judge also allegedly wanted Bieber to attend a drug and alcohol education course, but again, Bieber's legal team found that unnecessary since they feel that their client does not have a substance abuse problem.

Just last night, we also reported that Bieber will not face a felony charge in his supposed attempted robbery incident.
