One Bristol, Connecticut teen took his time to deck out his garage into a Haunted House for a couple causes that are super close to me!

Andre Pelletier, with the help of his older brother Matthew Pelletier, took the time to create a Haunted House in his garage with all proceeds going to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America and Youth Rally. This year, they have raised more than $500 for the orginizations, and hoping for more.

From the CCFA website

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis. It was founded in 1967 by Irwin M. and Suzanne Rosenthal, William D. and Shelby Modell, and Henry D. Janowitz, M.D.

From the Youth Rally website

More than 30 years after inception, the Youth Rally remains a community for young people to meet others who live with similar medical conditions.

As someone who lives with Chron's Disease, and has seen what Youth Rally has been able to do for youth living with bowel and bladder diversions, this is absolutely amazing that this teen has taken his time to make this happen! I hope he raises a whole lot more for causes that mean a lot to me!
