If you love a good sale, you're in luck.

Deb Shops has been granted legal permission to liquidate and close all of its stores in over 300 locations around the country, including Kirkwood Mall in Bismarck. The retailer was founded in 1932 and specializes in juniors and plus size clothing, as well as accessories. The announcement was abrupt and stores are expected to close their doors nationwide by the end of April.

The transaction is projected to pay off an estimated $3.3 million debt. The company has already updated its website to promote a going out of business sale, which is currently offering 30-50% off everything in the store. Customers are no longer able to shop online. Gift cards will be accepted through March 8, 2015 and returns on merchandise purchased prior to January 8, 2015 will be accepted through February 6, 2015.
