Man Accused of Killing Adrian Peterson’s Son Arrested for Kidnapping Child’s Mother

28-year old Joseph Robert Patterson, the man charged with the murder of Minnesota Viking's running back Adrian Peterson's son in October 2013, has been arrested again after kidnapping and attacking the child's mother.

According to TMZ, Patterson had been free on the murder charge on $750k bond and was instructed not to contact the child's mother.

Police in Sioux Falls were called early Tuesday morning and Patterson was arrested. TMZ says he is being charged with charged with kidnapping, two counts of aggravated assault, interference with emergency communications and third-degree burglary.

Peterson has not commented on the situation.
