Mandan to Allow New Year’s Eve Fireworks, Bismarck Will Not

If you're hoping to celebrate the end of 2014 with a gorgeous fireworks display, you better keep it in Mandan.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, Mandan will allow its residents to light off fireworks New Year's Eve, though bottle rockets are still prohibited.

In Bismarck, however, fireworks are not only prohibited New Year's Eve, but throughout the year.
