Marathon Huge Success, Greeted by Cool Temperatures

The Krolls Marathon was a huge success as it always is and the runners were greeted by very cool temperatures Saturday morning with a cool brisk 40 degrees by start time.

I was amazed to see the streets lined up with supporters cheering their favorite team or racer. I was able to work the final water station on the route. By the time the runners got to my station, they knew that the end was just around the corner.

The Krolls Marathon is the premier event in Bismarck-Mandan as runners attend from around the country to participate in the event. It draws thousands of participants, young and old, male and female! As usual, a good time was had by all as they make plans to return next year for the event!
