Minnesota Says Yes to Gay Marriage
Today the Minnesota Senate passed the bill for same sex couples to marry with a vote of 37-30. The bill passed the Minnesota House last week and will go into effect on August 1st.Judiciary committee Chair Ron Latz shared his sentiments “God made gays. And god made gays capable of loving other people of the same gender. Who are we to quibble with god’s intentions?”. Minnesota becomes the 12th state to legalize same sex marriage.
