Just when you think things can't possibly get worse for Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson, he has to go and open his mouth.

According to ESPN, prosecutors in Montgomery County, Texas, have filed paperwork to have Peterson's bond revoked and the running back re-arrested after he told a court employee that he had recently smoked marijuana.

Unfortunately for Peterson, avoiding illegal drugs is usually one stipulation of a person's bond.

Peterson made his first court appearance on Wednesday, in regards to his indictment on a felony child abuse charge. His next court date is schedule for December 1st.
