ND: Jobs, Yes, but Living Wage…?

Unemployment is low in the Peace Garden State, but just how difficult is it to make a living wage?

Zac Hedstrom, branch manager at Labor Finders of Bismarck, reports while it's not necessarily hard to get work, applicants, particularly from out of state may have to settle for somewhat less than they may be expecting to make here - at least to start.
