You'd need more than luck, according to Cheapism.com, with the state of the nations bridges as  North Dakota ranks in the top 15 states for worst bridges.

Even before I read this article, I was thinking, surely, North Dakota is not on this list, we don’t have much water here. I was wrong. North Dakota ranked 7th on the list, with #1 being the worst. Cheapism noted the U.S. Highway 10 over the Sheyenne River in West Fargo, which was built in 1938 and carries 13,780 vehicles daily as the busiest bridge in the state. According to Cheapism, ND has 15% of the state’s bridges listed as structurally deficient.

According to the American Society of Civil Engineers, 1 out of every 11 bridges in the US is structurally deficient.
