After winning their second straight Summit League championship, the North Dakota State Bison landed a 15-seed in the NCAA Tournament's South Region, it was announced Sunday (March 15th).

The Bison will face 2-seed Gonzaga Friday night, March 20th, in Seattle, which makes the game basically a home game for the Bulldogs. Gonzaga's campus is about four hours away from Seattle.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, Bison fans have until 4pm this afternoon, to purchase tickets for Friday's game in Seattle at GoBison.com. Priority is given to members of the Team Makers club, men's basketball season ticket holders, and alumni.

This is the Bison's third trip to the NCAA Tournament. The team was also in the field of 68 last year, pulling off a second round upset of Oklahoma.

The Bison and Bulldogs will tip off Friday night at 8:50pm CST from Seattle.
