After a month of deliberation, the grand jury gave the final decision on April 4, according to court records obtained by Bossip. Maraj, who was newly married shortly before being arrested, is being charged with two felonies -- predatory sexual assault against a child and sexual conduct against a child under age 13.

On top of that, he's also charged with sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child. On the first charge alone, Maraj is facing 15 years to life in prison.

The 37-year-old pled not guilty to the charges during an arraignment on Tuesday (April 19). Maraji's attorneys, Benjamin Brafman and Andrea Zellan, didn't addressed the media after the hearing. "We’re not commenting on the Maraj case, ok?” said Brafman.

No word from Minaj yet who said she loves her brother “more than [he’ll] ever comprehend,” in an Instagram post last year.
