The average price of gas in the state of North Dakota are 10 cents higher than last month.

The average for North Dakota gas prices is currently $2.26 per gallon. According to GasBuddy, despite being 10 cents higher than back in  August, gas prices are still 19 cents lower than they were a year ago, last September.

Petroleum analysts say that with children back in school, gasoline demand is down and refineries also return to the cheaper “winter-blend” gasoline, which should start reaching motorists later this week.
