Attention married couples in North Dakota, you're in luck! The state of North Dakota has the lowest divorce rate of anywhere in the U.S.

According to Statistic Brain, North Dakota has a divorce rate of 8.1 percent, which is lower than any other state. New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Hawaii rounded out the top five in the category. Neighboring state, Minnesota, came in 10th in the nation at 9.7 percent.

The highest divorce rate is in Nevada at 14.2 percent. Maine, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Vermont rounded out the top and/or bottom five in that category, depending on how you look at it.

The highest percentage of filing for divorces nationwide for both male and females comes between ages 20 and 24. For women that age, 36.6 percent file for divorce while in that age range, while 38.8 percent of divorces within that age range are filed by men.

But, if you're married and you live in North Dakota, the odds are in your favor for the time being.
