The North Dakota Highway Patrol is currently investigating after motor oil was found on the State Capitol Building.

The Highway Patrol believes two people were involved in the incident around 9:30 p.m. Monday, October 31st. Motor oil was found splashed on the west doors, walkway and limestone walls. A note was also left behind that read, 'you can't drink oil.'

A security video shows two individuals dressed in black carrying the sign and oil. If you have any information, contact the North Dakota Highway Patrol at 701-328-2455.
