For the fifth year in a row, a study shows that North Dakota is the 'Best Run State in the U.S.'

According to 24/7 Wall St., North Dakota is doing things right. The study used determining factors in the ranking such as unemployment rate, increasing home values, poverty and debt levels. The statistics are shown below:

> Debt per capita: $2,493 (18th lowest)
> 2015 Unemployment rate: 2.7% (the lowest)
> Credit rating: Aa1/AA+
> Poverty: 11.0% (9th lowest)

The unemployment rate is currently lower than any state in the country. Meanwhile, the median home value in the state has increased 40.7% in the past five years. That is the largest increase of any state.

Congrats, North Dakota! Looks like we're pretty good at some things.
