Obesity in North Dakota is up 3%, while exercise is down 2%. Smoking is also on the rise, which led to the state's significant drop.

North Dakotans are also lacking in the love department, as the state ranked #45 in the social category.

South Dakota dropped one spot from 2013, from #2 to #3, while Minnesota dropped seven spots, from #4 to #11.
