If today was not a record breaking day in terms of attendance, it must have been in the top two or three. Main Street at Buckstop Junction was packed with families and freinds enjoying the live music, food, and the historic charm of the old town. Not to mention the traffic jam coming off of E. Bismarck Expressway and parking was solid.

This is the 12th year for AppleFest and Sunday will be the final day of the weekend celebration and will feature the first ever Applefest Fun Run at 9:00 a.m. Other activities scheduled includes live music with Brianna Helbling & the Outsiders. You will find bushels of apples on every corner for you to enjoy. Everyone will enjoy the vintage cars and tractors with hayrides for all to ride throughout the day which travels through Main Street.

You must visit the sweet shop!  Everything from brownies to apple fritters to banana nut bread. The sweet selections change from hour to hour so if you see something you must have, grab it, because it may not be there in 15 minutes. Speaking of food,  AppleFest has the best and freshest apple cider pressed right in front of your eyes,  and of course apple fries, and a variety of delicious cuisin.
