PR-Savvy Selena Gomez + Lovesick Puppy Justin Bieber’s Reunion Is Really Convenient [PHOTO]

If you needed proof that true love never dies, especially when publicity is involved, look no further than Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber.

The pair were spotted swapping spit in Oslo, Norway, because they just can't quit one another, and last night Bieber posted a photo with Gomez on his Instagram before promptly deleting it.

Gomez flew out to the Scandinavian city, where Bieber was performing on his Believe tour.

"They were holding hands, hugging and they kissed on the lips. They looked really in love, like no fights ever happened before," a source told PEOPLE. "It definitely looked like they were back together."

Breakups are tough, guys. Especially when Bieber has a movie coming out and Gomez has a single to promote.

Then on April 20 -- when you'd think Bieber would be busy celebrating -- he posted the above photo to his Instagram before immediately erasing it. Rabid Beliebers noted that Gomez has the same manicure she sported in an Instagram photo of her own the day before:

And a few Beliebers took screenshots of the photo on Bieber's Instagram account in the likely case that he wound up deleting it.

Sounds romantic, right? That is, until you consider what another source points out.

Gomez requested that Paramount Pictures remove any footage of her from Bieber's upcoming 'Never Say Never' concert film so she wouldn't look bad once it was all edited down.

"There are plenty of scenes where she's yelling at him, which, if edited, would make her look bad," a source said. "Selena is desperately worried he'll try to exact some sort of revenge on screen."

You know, like she did already.
