Shooting Victim in the Hospital with a Bullet to the Head

One person is in a Bismarck hospital with a head shot wound to the head after an altercation with his room mate.

The 26 year old man was shot Wednesday afternoon in a trailer park on Anna Street in Dickinson. The man was shot in the head by his roommate. Authorities arrested Joseph Goodby, 26, on several cahrges including aggivated assult.

Police found other firearms at the scene. The victim is in stable condition.
