First little sister Ali and the Orange Oprah tried riding Lindsay Lohan's coattails to fame. Now Lohan's estranged half-sister, Ashley Horn, is using her name to get her own name out there. And she's also using a scalpel.

Kanye West does not want to go to jail for his alleged battery on a paparazzo, and he also doesn't want the paparazzo profiting from the incident. To prevent the latter, he's enlisted some big guns. Who? Shawn Holley. If her name sounds familiar, it should: she's repped Lindsay Lohan and did quite the job of keeping the oft-troubled starlet out of the slammer.

Today (September 12), Twitter crashed so there wasn't as much celebrity tweeting as we would have liked. Thanks a lot, fail whale. Still, the stars were able to get a couple of jokes in before social media was ruined for the day, so at least there was that.

Lindsay Lohan's public contrition tour began Sunday night when her much ballyhooed interview with Oprah aired on the media mogul's cable network. And during the sit-down, taped just four days after LiLo's most recent stint in rehab, the actress finally admitted to being an addict.

Even though the general consensus is that Lindsay Lohan is doing great post-rehab, it seems that she couldn't enjoy her stay without a healthy share of drama. New rumors have surfaced that La Lohan had a gentleman friend in treatment -- and that once her counselors found out, they gave the guy the boot and read Lohan the riot act.

Like Sharon Osbourne before her, Lindsay Lohan took aim at tabloid fodder and recent bad boy Justin Bieber and serial sharer of his penis, Anthony Weiner, when she guest hosted 'Chelsea Lately' for host Chelsea Handler on Monday (July 5). However, Lilo did it in a more joking way.

Lindsay Lohan may be officially out of her court-mandated rehab, but she's not completely out of the woods yet. She still has community service and plenty of required therapy to complete before she's off the hook.

Callooh! Callay! After a 90-day court-ordered stint in rehab, Lindsay Lohan is back among the (law-abiding) living.

Lindsay Lohan and Oprah Winfrey will be working together soon -- on both a post-rehab interview and docuseries -- and Dina Lohan couldn't be happier because really, this is all about her. Since the news broke, Dina has gushed that Oprah will be LiLo's new mentor. Which, family trees being what they are, makes Dina Lohan Oprah's grand-mentor. Or something.

Lindsay Lohan is apparently so worried about relapsing following her stint in rehab that she has big plans to go into hiding to ensure she stays on the up and up.
