Last month, will.i.am premiered a brand-new video for ‘#thatPOWER,’ which featured a striking digital doppleganger of Justin Bieber, and tonight (May 19), the Biebs teamed up with him in the flesh to perform the song at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. The sunglass-clad singers showed off their robotic dance moves, and Bieber engaged the crowd with his ear-catching vocals.
