The Echo in the Light, A First-Person Travelogue of Ultra Music Festival in Miami [NSFW VIDEO]

Most of my friends dream of going to Coachella, or the Sasquatch Festival, or even Lollapalooza. That's just not my style.

One day, I hope to go where the beats reign supreme, angelic voices call us to dance, and the party never stops! I am talking about Ultra Music Festival in Miami. 

Brandon Li flew out from Vegas last-minute to go to the festival with some friends, and took all of his video gear with him.

The festival basically overtakes Miami for a couple weeks, turning the already lurid city into an EDM-fueled fever dream. My goal was to capture the surreal and seductive experience of navigating it all: glowstick playgrounds by night, bathwater beaches by day, lobster restaurants by streetlight, and the feeling that I might wake up at any moment.

With headliners like Tiesto, David Guetta, AVICII, Afrojack, and the annual favorite Carl Cox in the Mega Structure, UMF Miami is an EDM lovers dream.

It is a dream I hope to experience soon.
