Underwear and Baseball Bats Style NYE!

One Bismarck New Year's Eve party went wrong on Eighth Street when shirtless men and men in underwear were running around with baseball bats. The altercation started inside an apartment, then a building hallway and proceeded on the streets of Bismarck with a man only in underwear and swinging a baseball bat went chasing after a shritless man. Police approached and the men continued to run, a Bismarck police officer showed his gun and the man with the baseball bat surrendered. When police returned to the apartment they found a woman only wearing her underwear had been severily injured. They were not able to give police a coherent report of what happened.

The night of undewear and baseball bats continues to be under investigation by the Bismarck police.
