90+ minutes in the tropical heat of Manaus, Brazil end in a 2-2 draw for the United States against Portugal. The United States hope of moving on in the 'Group of Death' still very much alive.

The scoring started early in the game when Portugal opened up scoring in the 5th minute when Nani scored off a brilliant build up from Portugal. The match would go into half at that scoreline.

Coming back from the half, Jermaine Jones decided it was time to put the US on the board with a brilliant strike from 20 yards out to equalize at 1-1 in the 64th. Late second half substitution DeAndre Yedlin started play in the 81st minute that lead to Graham Zusi playing an excellent ball into Captain Clint Dempsey who puts it in the back of the net to make the score 2-1.

Just when we thought this was locked up, Cristiano Ronaldo showed why he was the World Footballer of the Year, playing an excellent cross into Valera who put it in the net in Stoppage time.

The result keeps the US alive to move on out of the Group Stage. The US faces Germany on Thursday for the final game of the Group Stages. All matches can be seen on the networks of ESPN.
