Here we go! The east coast is having a record setting winter. It's been weird to listen to the national news stories covering all of the winter conditions that we in North Dakota deal with on a yearly basis.

Granted, this year has been somewhat mild. That is about to change as the area can expect another blast of Arctic air and to complicate the situation, the wind chills will be in the dangerous category.

Wind chill values after midnight tonight (Monday) will drop to 25- 35 below. These wind chills will stay with us through Wednesday. Still yet, the wind chills will stay in the Bismarck area through Thursday morning.

A flew snow flurries are expected without much accumulations.
