We spend so much time sitting in our every day lives, and for those of us with desk jobs, that time is expanded just getting through our every day life. But is all this sitting we do actually detrimental to our health?

This is why I fully support using drafting desk at the office. I actually prefer to stand behind my computer when surfing the internet at home.

Now... how can I convince my boss to let me work from home... ;-)
