Not very long ago, we did a story on the poorest town in NoDak. Now, we change the tune to the richest town in NoDak!

And to be fair, the term rich and poor are relevant. What I may consider rich, you may see the opposite. Let's keep this in prospective. The study was conducted by 24/7 Wall St, and the results were released this week. (June 17th) The criteria was the same for this study as in the previous release.

The group reviewed median household incomes for every town with a population of 25,000 or  less in each state from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey  (ACS). Due to relatively small sample sizes for town-level data, all social and  economic figures are based on five-year estimates for the period 2009-2013.  Still, data can be subject to sampling issues.

Horace, ND is listed as the richest town in The Peace Garden State. Located in Cass County, South of I94 and West of I29. Horace boost a population of 2,461.The towns median household income: $86,071, compared to the states median of just over $53,000.

As a reminder, the poorest town in North Dakota according to the study is Devils Lake, ND.
