Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas will set sail on her maiden voyage on November 2nd, and she will be the world's first "smartship."

Intended to make life a breeze in much the same way your smartphone does (times a hundred), the 167,800-ton, 4,180-passenger behemoth will boast such technological wonders as bionic bartenders, real-time sea views, and even compatible phone and tablet apps.

The Quantum's bars will be tended by robots, which respond to your order input received from the bar's tablets. (Does this mean tipping is no longer required? Yay, more drinks!)

Each of the ship's 375 interior staterooms will "magically" have a breathtaking view of the ocean, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling high-definition screens projecting real-time ocean views.

Quantum also boasts Two70, a venue with floor-to-ceiling windows that transform in to huge screens on which passengers can view movies and videos.

Other features of the ships include high-speed Wi-Fi, Xbox One gaming stations and RFID-enabled wristbands which can be used as room keys or as a method of making purchases on-board.

Bon voyage, indeed!
