Embarrassing Childhood Mother’s Day Gifts

My favorite part of elementary school was arts and crafts, especially when we were making something personalized for mom. I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to look back on all of the Mother's Day creations I made over the years. 

To my surprise, my mom threw out all of the 'I love mom because...' papers and the picture frames I made out of popsicle sticks. Rude!

However, I was able to find two homemade Mother's Day gifts:

I'm not exactly sure why she decided to save this one, apparently I didn't think my mom had hands. Despite the bad drawing, she really is the most beautiful mom in the world!

I'm not quite sure who helped me get my hands on a 'thank you' card for Mother's Day, but this was the result.

I would highly suggest taking some time this this Sunday to dig out old photos and childhood keepsakes. We had the best time reminiscing about all of my funny, mostly embarrassing, moments growing up.
